  • Can the customer pick up and return?

    Yes, we do offer customer pick up and return on select items. If it has a slide or uses water our insurance will not allow customer pick up on those but all other items can be. You must have a pick up truck or trailer. You are responsible for loading and unloading. It is highly recommended that you own a hand truck / dolly so when you get the item home or to your event location you can move it around. Dragging can cause damage and it is expensive to repair.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes, we are licensed and insured. Look us up on the Volusia County Business Tax Record to verify our license. https://volusia.county-taxes.com/public/business_tax/accounts/200707240004-01 Our insurance allows us to set up at most parks within Volusia County. We are also an approved Volusia County School Board Vendor (look it up on the school board website). There are many special requirements to become a vendor. One is insurance and another is full background check just to name a few. Many companies claim to be licensed and insured and they are not. It's not usually found out until there is an accident and no insurance to cover an injury. Your children and guest are covered with us!
